She has spent her career working within the senior care sector in a variety of roles including chaplaincy, mission integration and organizational development and effectiveness. In her current role, she provides executive coaching, team development and strategic initiative support for the long term care arm of the organization. Her passion for connecting faith and work in the lives of healthcare team members led her to Bethel's DMin program in 2009. She has been advising DMin Thesis Students since 2013.
