Paul Ives is currently works as a full-time development professional for a Twin Cities based Christian ministry where he is responsible for overseeing nearly 200 missionaries and training and coaching them in their fundraising and ministry partnership skills. He first first started working at Bethel University CAPS/GS in 2008 as an Enrollment Counselor and later as the Director of Admissions for CAPS/GS.
