Ms. Hepburn was born and raised in New York. Practicing as a clinician in New York City developed her skills as a clinical social worker. She received a Bachelor's in Social Work from SUNY College at Brockport and a Master's in Social Work from New York University. Growing up in a diverse neighborhood as a first-generation American influenced her passion for community and relationships with various people. She completed her first social work field placement in San Jose, Costa Rica, where she learned the significance of cultural enrichment. She is a certified Christian life coach and an ordained minister. She has an advanced degree in practical ministry with a worship emphasis. Ms. Hepburn is passionate about holistic care and merging the science of social work with faith and biblical teachings. Her practice experience involves crisis interventions, clinical social work, cognitive behavioral techniques, and psychotherapy. Ms. Hepburn has a research interest in BIPOC/Minority mental health needs. She enjoys volunteering and mentoring youth and young adults. She loves singing and music from around the world. She is passionate about her Jamaican culture, family, and cultivating community.
