Dining Services at Bethel is a partnership between Sodexo, a leader in the food-service industry, and the university. Our team is proud to serve the community on the St. Paul campus by offering a full range of dining options, including traditional buffet-style meals, grab-and-go items, and customized catering selections.

From the Royal Grounds coffee shop to the full-service Monson Dining Center, our locations give the Bethel community a variety of dining settings and options.
