As schools navigate finances, increasing student diversity, and high accountability, districts are looking for leaders who are relational, competent, trustworthy, and adaptable. Through an ethics-based approach, we develop educators both professionally and personally for meaningful service in their communities.

Two-track license option

You can choose to earn just your K-12 principal license or earn your license as part of completing Bethel's Ed.D. in K-12 Administration program.

Additional requirement assistance

If you don’t have the required three years of teaching experience, you can add a teaching internship to meet the requirement.

Flexibility

Our programs are predominantly completed online with a yearly one-week residency. Most students work full time, have families, and are involved in their community. Courses start every eight weeks, allowing you to start your program at any time throughout the year.
