Program highlights

Faculty practitioners

Bethel MBA faculty are accomplished business practitioners with strong academic qualifications who bring high-level vision and hands-on experience to enhance your learning process.

Faith Integration

We welcome all students from all backgrounds, and our faculty teach from a Christian worldview. We emphasize character development that is fueled by genuine transformation.

Flexibility

Our program is designed for professionals who work, have a family, and have community commitments. It can be completed 100% online, in person, or a mix of online and face to face. Courses begin every six weeks, allowing you to focus on one course at a time and start any time throughout the year and finish in as few as 24-30 months.

Holistic leadership development

Job descriptions change, but organizations will always look for ethical leaders. We train you not just for a position, but to be the best person you can be—professionally, intellectually, personally, ethically, and spiritually.

Coaching and networking

A certified career coach will support you and use assessments to help you navigate your next career move. And you’ll build a network for life with your classmates and Bethel’s highly regarded alumni.

Utilize your credits

We often award up to nine credits toward the 42-credit MBA for those who have master’s level professional certifications. Students in Bethel’s B.S. in Accounting, B.S. in Business Management, and B.A. in Organizational Leadership programs can take up to three MBA courses instead of adult undergraduate courses to jumpstart their MBA through the CAPS to MBA Pathway.

Jumpstart your MBA journey

Your past experience can help you get a head start toward an MBA. Through the MBA Pathway for Certified Professionals, certified public accountants (CPA), certified financial planners (CFP), project management professionals (PMP), and other certified professionals can jumpstart their journey to an MBA with a Management Concentration. CPAs, CFPs, and PMPs can earn nine credits through past experience, meaning you won’t have to take three courses.

Student success

More than 60% of Bethel MBA students find a better job or are promoted while in the program, and many more receive promotions soon after graduation.
