Field experiences and student teaching
You’ll take part in field experiences in both elementary and secondary schools to explore fit, observe current practices, and confirm that education is the right career choice for you. Then you’ll complete an extended student teaching experience for several months, guided by both a school mentor teacher and a Bethel supervisor. Their coaching will help you apply coursework and theory in real classrooms and prepare you to teach in your own classroom upon program completion.

Flexible course options
