Bethel desires to equip supervisors with the requirements of their role and leadership skills to lead through their own and the strengths of others. The leadership development opportunities for all supervisors allow the individual to select areas of interest in which they seek growth. The curriculum is practically-centered with the intent for it to be immediately relevant to work and/or personal life. In addition, frequently used supervisor resources are easily accessible when needed.
- Navigating Bethel - New supervisors begin by meeting with the Office of People and Culture to equip them to know how to navigate Bethel, the organization processes, and culture of the university and key responsibilities and resources of their supervisory role.
