Bethel Student Crowned Miss North Dakota

Bethel University student Jacky Arness is making the news after being named Miss North Dakota. The Fargo, North Dakota, resident was crowned at the Miss North Dakota Scholarship pageant in Williston, North Dakota, on June 7. This past year Arness served as student body vice president and is a double major in political science and biblical and theological studies, as well as an Honors Program student. She will compete in the Miss America pageant in September.
