After a nationwide search, Jenny Marchiniak ’07, GS’12 has been named chief human resources officer at Bethel University. With more than 20 years of ascending leadership experience in industries as diverse as pharmaceuticals, banking, and healthcare—including HealthPartners, Fairview Health Services, and Allina Hospitals & Clinics—Marchiniak specializes in igniting passion in people, developing talent, and empowering teams.

“As a two-time Bethel alumna, Jenny’s strengths and passions are deeply aligned with our mission,” says President Ross Allen. “I am confident her leadership will impact our whole community as we build a thriving culture at Bethel.”

Most recently the chief human resources officer at Valleywise Health in Phoenix, Arizona, Marchiniak has a proven track record of creating innovative people strategies, driving operational excellence, and helping team members thrive. Her ability to create organizational alignment and maximize potential has helped her cultivate high-performance cultures that advance business goals.
