Counseling Services

Schedule an appointment

We offer appointments Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., during the academic year. We are closed in the summer, on major holidays, and on other days when the university is closed.

Students have the option to choose between the following appointment types:

  • In-person counseling sessions and consults
  • Telehealth counseling sessions and consults
    • For Bethel students who are physically located in Minnesota at the time of the appointment
    • Through a HIPPA-compliant version of Google Meet

Services are available and free of charge to all students in the College of Arts & Sciences (with the exception of PSEO students who are not living on campus), BUILD program, College of Adult & Professional Studies, Seminary, and Graduate School.

Cancellations

All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
