Master of Social Work

Here's how you apply:
Step 1 - Step 1 - Check application requirements and prerequisites
You’ll need to meet these requirements:
- GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Have earned a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited (or internationally recognized as equivalent) institution

Next, get started on your online application.
Step 3 - Complete your application steps
There are just a few things we need from you before we can review your application.
- Official college transcript(s)
- Resume
- Admission essay
- Interview (By Invitation)
- Completed professional reference form (submitted by the reference listed on your application)
- Completed second professional reference form (submitted by the reference listed on your application)
- Completed social work related reference form (submitted by the reference listed on your application)
Note: The advanced standing essay prompts and full program essay prompts differ slightly, as do reference requirements. Advanced standing applicants should submit one professional reference, one social work-related reference, and one field experience reference. Full program applicants should submit two professional references and one social work-related reference.
Step 4 - Complete enrollment requirements
After you've been accepted to the program, you might need to complete a few additional requirements before you start class. Your enrollment counselor will follow up if there's anything we need from you.
