Student Staff

Bethel students are hired and trained as counselors and activity coordinators. The student staff is responsible for leading discussions, facilitating activities, and modeling what it means to be a Christ-follower.

Institute Faculty

Institute faculty are Bethel professors and staff who have been recruited to teach and lead a variety of workshops on the theme.
