International Shipping
Post Office
The Bethel Post Office, as a Contract Postal Unit, does not have every capability of a USPS retail counter. For international mailings, we're not able to accept hand-written customs forms or any mail piece that requires a customs declaration and postage stamps. This includes all mail destined to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
If the item you are mailing is less than 16 ounces and printed matter ONLY, you do not need to use a customs form. All other mail pieces require a customs declaration.
You can go online through USPS to prepare your customs declaration and print shipping labels including postage.
Visit USPS to prepare your international shipment.
If you’re unable to prepare your customs declaration and shipping label online, we can sell postage stamps for international shipping and will have hand-written customs forms available, but these items cannot be sent through Bethel and will need to be brought off campus to a post office.
If you have questions about what you can send through the Bethel Post Office, please contact us.
