The Doctor of Ministry in Transformational Leadership is designed for those actively engaged in the practice of ministry leadership in diverse settings, including church, parachurch, nonprofit, and cross-cultural settings. As they learn to navigate the complex and changing realities of our world, students will be challenged to develop innovative and research-based solutions to the leadership demands of today and tomorrow. This concentration is completed with a cohort of fellow students and enhanced with mentoring and faculty oversight.
