Our team is eager to assist you in navigating the financial aid process.

We are available in two locations: our main office on level 5 of the Anderson Center, and during the academic year, we have staff available one day a week in CC314D at the 3900 campus. Staff not physically present are available for virtual and phone appointments.

Contact a counselor

Our financial aid counselors are available for virtual and phone appointments, which are our primary methods for financial aid consultations. Visitors needing an in-person meeting should schedule an appointment.

Call our office at 651.638.6241, toll-free at 800.255.8706, or send an email to finaid@bethel.edu. When emailing, please include your Bethel student ID number so our staff can quickly access your financial aid record and assist you promptly.

You may also use our Online Scheduling Tool to schedule an appointment with your financial aid counselor. Please specify if the appointment will be a phone call, virtual meeting, or in-person. In-person meetings are limited to 20 minutes or less.
