The mission of Kingdom Culture (KC) is to provide an accessible community where students can celebrate culture, explore identity, and build connections across differences in a Christ-centered environment.
We achieve our mission by offering:

Subgroups
Asian Student Alliance (ASA)
Directors: Shem Paw and Htee Moo
Mission
ASA at Bethel University exists to celebrate Asian cultures, support community, and build connections with student organizations at other universities. Through collaboration, shared events, and faith-centered fellowship, we aim to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and uplift Asian perspectives on and beyond our campus while reflecting Christ’s love in all we do.Vision and goals
- Host meaningful events that highlight the richness of Asian cultures, traditions, and histories—encouraging appreciation and awareness across the broader student body.
- Provide a supportive space for students to share experiences, build friendships, and grow spiritually, emotionally, and academically.
- Strengthen partnerships with student organizations at other universities through joint events, networking opportunities, and shared initiatives.
Acasă
Directors: Tiara Lamb
Mission
Acasă is a subgroup of Kingdom Culture that creates space for students to explore European-American cultural heritage and identity within a Christ-centered community. The group encourages reflection on God-given ethnicity, fostering unity and partnership as students consider their role in cultivating God’s Kingdom on earth: people of all tongues, tribes, and nations living in harmony (Revelation 7:9, Matthew 6:10, Psalm 139:14).
Acasă emphasizes community building and dialogue-based learning, providing a supportive environment to ask questions about identity, faith, and belonging while pursuing Christ-centered reconciliation and understanding.
Vision and goals
- Encourage students to explore and value their cultural heritage while engaging honestly with history.
- Provide an environment of grace-filled learning and dialogue that deepens understanding of reconciliation in Christ.
- Build a supportive community that fosters belonging and growth.
- Partner with other Kingdom Culture subgroups through collaboration, shared learning, and joint events.
Voz Latinx
Directors: Maria Mora-Pena and Brittany Hernandez
Mission
Voz celebrates Latinx culture at Bethel by sharing traditions and creating a welcoming space. Through meaningful experiences, friendships, and cultural expression, Voz offers a vibrant community that uplifts voices and creates lasting memories.
Vision and goals
- Share Latinx culture with the Bethel community by highlighting traditions, customs, and backgrounds from across Latin America.
- Create a supportive community where everyone feels welcome and can grow spiritually, academically, and socially together.
- Provide opportunities for friendships, connection, and cultural celebration that enrich the Bethel experience.
Black Student Union (BSU)
Directors: Jesica Amegatse and Coco Nolen
Mission
BSU seeks to grow community by breaking down barriers, creating a positive environment, and fostering growth. We want every student to have a voice, and as leaders, we listen, hold meaningful conversations, explore new ideas, and provide a space where people feel heard and valued. Our leadership is rooted in Christ first, embodying servant leadership in all we do.
Multi
Director: Peyton Baker
Mission
To bring together Christ-followers from different cultures, communities, and walks of life to worship God in spirit and in truth.
Vision and goals
- Provide an intentional space for multiethnic students to discuss and explore identity.
- Create opportunities to reflect on the experience of being multiethnic at Bethel and how it shapes spiritual, emotional, and academic growth.
