Find community, celebrate culture, and grow in faith through programs designed to support students as they navigate college and engage across differences.

At Bethel, we believe every student is made in the image of God and belongs in our Christ-centered community. Intercultural programs provide spaces where students can find support, build connections, and thrive academically, socially, and spiritually—while offering additional encouragement for those who may face cultural, financial, or social barriers in their college journey.

Cultural Connections Center (CCC)

The Cultural Connection Center nurtures belonging, encourages dialogue across differences, and provides learning opportunities that strengthen Bethel’s Christ-centered community.

Kingdom Culture (formerly United Cultures of Bethel)

Kingdom Culture includes student-led groups that explore cultural identity, foster belonging, and build community across differences. These interest-based groups are open to all students who want to learn with and from one another while celebrating culture in a Christ-centered environment.

Subgroups

  • Acasă (European American cultural heritage)
    Asian Student Alliance (ASA)
  • Black Student Union (BSU)
  • First Nations (Native and Indigenous experiences)
  • Multi (multi-ethnic identity and experiences)
  • Voz Latinx

Together, Kingdom Culture groups invite students into conversations that honor the worth and dignity of all people as image-bearers of God, reflecting unity in the body of Christ.

Peer Empowerment Orientation (PEP)

PEP is designed to support incoming students as they begin their Bethel journey. The program offers guidance for navigating campus life—academically, socially, and spiritually—while building a strong support network from day one. While PEP provides additional encouragement for students who may face cultural, financial, or social barriers, all students are welcome to participate.
