How does Bethel stay connected with alumni? We've formed an Alumni Council to help ensure we're meeting your needs. The Alumni Council serves as your voice on campus, coming together from across the country and across generations to represent Bethel alumni.

Bethel University alumni who serve on the Alumni Council are dedicated to living out the mission of Bethel and extending its reach to impact our community. To them, Bethel is more than just the school that gave them a degree; it's where they grew in faith and built lifelong relationships. Because of their strong Bethel roots, they are passionate about building relationships with our 50,000+ alumni who are serving Christ worldwide. What we do

Aligned with the university’s mission and as the core representation of the Bethel alumni community, the Alumni Council supports the Office of Alumni Relations and is dedicated to living out the mission of Bethel and extending its reach to impact our community. Beyond serving on the Alumni Council, these individuals are also dedicated prayer partners and donors, continually advancing the mission, vision, and values of the university.

The Alumni Council's primary roles and responsibilities are:

  • Boost alumni engagement - As alumni insiders, the Council plays a key role in promoting and supporting programs, events, and initiatives to build a vibrant and connected alumni community.
  • Provide feedback (alumni voice) - Represent the Bethel alumni community and provide counsel on important topics where alumni input is requested or needed.
  • Recommend award nominees - Solicit nominations and assist in recommending Bethel award nominees.
