Before Bethel

My career has been devoted to leading and strengthening nonprofit organizations, where I’ve seen firsthand how vision, faith, and generosity can transform lives. Those experiences have shaped my passion for the power of mission-driven leadership and continue to inspire the work I do today.

Favorite way to serve

I love connecting vision to action—whether that’s aligning a team around a shared goal, inviting someone into courageous generosity, or creating spaces where others can discover how God has uniquely called and equipped them. Seeing people step into their purpose and flourish—that’s what fills me up.
