Resources

We've compiled a few key resources for Bethel parents and families to help you connect with your student and navigate the academic year at Bethel.

Connect with your student

Send mail or care packages to give your student an extra boost of encouragement.

Parent and family calendar

Download the Parent and Family Calendar for printing at a vendor of your choice (like FedEx or UPS), and display it in your house or office to stay informed about things happening at Bethel University.

Grades and privacy

Once your student transitions to college, they become the owners of their academic records. Find out what that means for you as a parent or family member.

Health insurance information

Bethel University no longer requires proof of health insurance. Health and Counseling Services does not bill insurance for office visits.

Paying tuition

Get info about billing and tuition payment options at Bethel.

Office spotlights

These printable, one-page documents are designed to give you an overview of campus offices in an easy-to-digest format. Find practical ways for your student to stay supported and involved on campus, with tips and tricks geared toward where they're at.

Financial aid

Applying for financial aid is a process your student will go through each year they're at Bethel. Keep up with deadlines and what types of aid are available.

Academic calendar

Take a look at the academic calendar to stay current on important dates—including the start and end of each semester, breaks and holidays, and important test dates.

Hotels and accommodations

Ask for the "Bethel Rate" when you reserve a room at one of these nearby hotels. We know how important it is to visit your student, so we wanted to make it as easy as possible for you to hang around the area.

Purchase textbooks

The Campus Store has all the textbook and educational materials for your student to purchase online or in person.
