Connect with Your Student
Parents and Families
It can be a challenge for parents and families to find the right balance between giving students space and encouraging them during college. Here are a few ideas to help you.
Fresh-baked treats
Celebrate a special day, acknowledge an achievement, or just send a needed perk. Whatever the reason, it's easy to let your student know you're thinking of them! Order a special treat for your student and send along a personal message.
Valentine's Day gifts
Send a gift of encouragement to your student on Valentine's Day. Each Valentine's Day gift is personally assembled by the Family Relations Team. Your student will receive a notice via email to stop by Brushaber Commons to pick up their gift and a personalized note from you.
Send a letter or care package
We want to help you stay connected to your Bethel student during their college experience. While emails, texts, and phone calls are easy ways to stay in touch, written letters and care packages can be an unexpected blessing and encouragement.
For mail via the U.S. Postal Service, please address your letter or package like this:

MSC 2352 refers to "Mail Stop Code" and your student's mailbox number. Bethel mailboxes are owned by Bethel University—not the United States Postal Service. Please don't use "PO BOX" or "PO #" in your address.
When sending packages via an alternative shipping provider (such as UPS or FedEx), please use the same address standards.
