Bethel University is committed to creating and maintaining a Christ-centered community that is free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, and retaliation in all forms.
Discrimination, harassment, bullying, and retaliation of any form are a violation of a person’s rights, dignity, and integrity and are contrary to the mission and values of the University. This policy outlines the University’s expectations to promote a campus free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, and retaliation, the steps for recourse for those individuals who have been subject to such conduct, and the procedures for determining whether a violation of University policy has occurred.
The University strongly encourages individuals to report incidents of prohibited conduct. In addition, all employees who obtain or receive information regarding a possible violation of this policy must report that information to the Title IX Coordinator.
