Classics Endorsement

Classics Endorsement

Endorsement

With a classics endorsement from Bethel, you’ll forge a strong base studying the foundations of western traditions along with the skills to apply what you learn to your career.

Students engaged in a classroom, focusing on the presentation.
By adding the classics endorsement, you’ll dive deeply into worlds that laid the foundations for our Western traditions. You’ll study a classical language and the cultures, history, and philosophies of the ancient Greek, Roman, and Middle Eastern world. You’ll explore the politics, thought, art, language, and beliefs of the people responsible for much of our cultural inheritance. The classical world is also the world of early Christianity, so you’ll investigate the historical contexts in which your faith arose.
