BUILD Dates & Deadlines 2024-2025

• Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) available for 2024-2025.

July 1, 2024

• We recommend all families submit verification materials by July 1, prior to starting the fall term.
• We recommend all families submit the BUILD Resources form by July 1.
• FAFSA must be submitted by this date to qualify for the MN ID Grant (MN residents only).

July 15, 2024

• Enrollment opens for the optional monthly payment plan for fall semester.

August 25, 2024

• Bill due for fall 2024 semester. Classes begin on Tuesday, September 3rd.
• Enrollment Checklist due.

September 3, 2024

• Fall classes begin

September 17, 2024

• The Financial Aid Office begins adjusting aid for students who do not meet eligibility requirements (e.g., enrolled less than full time, and Minnesota State Grant adjustments).

December 13, 2024

• Last day to submit a special circumstances appeal form for Fall 2024.

January 3, 2025

• Enrollment opens for the optional monthly payment plan for spring semester.

January 25, 2025

• Bill due for spring 2025 semester

February 19, 2025

• Bethel begins adjusting aid for spring 2025 for students who do not meet eligibility requirements (e.g., enrolled less than full time, and Minnesota State Grant adjustments).

May 23, 2024

• Last day to submit a special circumstances appeal form for Spring 2025.

June 30, 2025

• Deadline to complete the 2024-2025 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
