CAS Dates & Deadlines 2025-2026

Here are important financial aid dates and deadlines for the 2025-2026 academic year:

December, 2024

• Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) available for 2025-2026.

Late January, 2025

• Bethel starts preparing/sending financial aid offers for new/prospective students for the upcoming school year.

February 1, 2025

• Application deadline for music performance scholarships.

February 10, 2025

• Departmental scholarship applications are due for returning students.

February 15, 2025

• Application deadline for the Finance scholarship.
• Application deadline for Actuarial Science and Finance scholarship.

March 1, 2025

• Application deadline for the Holman Chemistry Scholarship.

April 15, 2025

• Priority deadline for new students to apply for financial aid for the upcoming academic year. Later applications will be processed, but may receive reduced funding.

May, 2025

• Bethel starts sending financial aid offers for returning students.

May 15, 2025

• Student employment application due for new students.
• Priority deadline for returning students to apply for financial aid for the upcoming academic year.

June 1, 2025

• Application deadline for the George Floyd Scholarship.

July 1, 2025

• We recommend all families submit verification materials by July 1, prior to starting the fall term.
• Begin all loan processes by this date to ensure funds will be received in time for the beginning of fall term.

July 15, 2025

• Enrollment opens for the optional monthly payment plan for fall semester.

August 25, 2025

• Bill due for fall 2025 semester. Classes begin Wednesday, August 27.
• Enrollment Checklist due.

August 27, 2025

• Fall classes begin.

September 3, 2025

• Partnership Scholarship forms and matching funds checks due for church partnership scholarships.

September 11, 2025

• The Financial Aid Office begins adjusting aid for students who do not meet eligibility requirements (e.g. enrolled less than full time and Minnesota State Grant adjustments).

December 1, 2025

• Last day to request a loan for fall 2025.

December 12, 2025

• Last day to submit a special circumstances appeal form for fall 2025.

February 10, 2026

• Departmental Scholarship applications are due for returning students.

February 16, 2026

• Bethel begins adjusting aid for spring 2026 for students who do not meet eligibility requirements (e.g., enrolled less than full time, and Minnesota State Grant adjustments).

May 8, 2026

• Last day to request a loan for spring 2026.

May 22, 2026

• Last day to submit a special circumstances appeal form for spring 2026.

June 30, 2026

• Deadline to complete the 2025-2026 FAFSA.
