My Role at Bethel
I oversee campus engagement efforts at Bethel, and I plan Welcome Week and orientation activities. I also guide student leadership development and work directly with commuter students, Bethel Student Government, and student activities.
Best Thing About My Job
Students' energy, passion, and deep thinking inspire me! I love to work with students in one of the most pivotal times of their life as they form who they are and what they will do. It is such a privilege to walk alongside students, unleashing their potential and walking them through the challenges, joys, and sorrows we all face!
Number One Reason to Live on Campus
Fun, intentional, and deep community! There is no other time in your life when you can constantly interact with your friends and classmates every single day, all day! Campus life provides incredible opportunities to study, work, and have a ton of fun with others on the same journey you are on. It is an incredible place to spread your wings into adulthood with amazing students, staff, and faculty constantly available to help you thrive. My years on Bethel’s campus were so transformative; there is nothing quite like it!
Favorite Bethel Tradition
Starting each year with the fun and energy of Welcome Week that is focused on helping our first-year students be at home at Bethel. Welcome Week is more than just a week; it is a catalyst each year for our whole campus to open our lives up to help others feel at home in Christ’s love at Bethel!
