This is the complete Welcome Week schedule for all in person and hybrid PSEO students. Follow this schedule for the Welcome Week events planned specifically with you in mind.

PSEO students will register for both a summer orientation and for Welcome Week. Students will use their Bethel login to access the registration forms.

Thursday, August 29

1-4 p.m.

PSEO Student Check-in: We'll be ready to welcome you anytime during this arrival window. Enter campus via the west entrance. Arrival staff will direct you to parking. 

West Lot—Proceed to Brushaber Commons (BC) Atrium Level 2 for check-in

1-4 p.m.

Pick Up Textbooks: Make sure to stop by the Campus Store and pick up your textbooks before the first day of classes.

1-5 p.m.

Info Central: If you missed any of these stations during the PSEO Summer Orientation, please stop here to get important check-in materials and your ID card. This is also the place to get answers and directions. Your family will check in too!

1-4:30 p.m.

Advising Central: Need to change your class schedule? Want to know more about how credits are transferred? Have general questions about majors? An academic advisor will help you get started well.

4:15-6:30 p.m.

Welcome Picnic: Due to the expected storms, the Lakeside Picnic will be held inside the Dining Center. Stop by anytime to enjoy several food stations. Students are covered under their meal plan and families eat free! 
Monson Dining Center—Brushaber Commons (BC) Level 3

6:30-7:30 p.m.

Kickoff Celebration: Your official welcome to Bethel! Arrive 15 minutes early to get a good seat.

7-10 p.m.

Commuter/PSEO Lounge: Check out this space for commuters and PSEO students and take a break!                                                       

The Loft—Brushaber Commons (BC) Level 4

8-9 p.m.

Commuter/PSEO Student Kickoff Celebration: Meet other commuter and PSEO students and learn about opportunities to engage in campus life.

Friday, August 30

All Day

Friday’s is an orientation day geared towards students who live on campus. Your next step in Welcome Week will be all day on Saturday.

Saturday, August 31

8:20 a.m.-9 a.m

Meet Your Core Group

Arrive at 8:20am to meet your core group and core group leader in the SRC prior to the Belong and Become Event.

Lunch with Your Core Group

(Lunch will be dismissed in shifts. Your core group leader will tell you when you are scheduled for lunch.)

Commuter/PSEO Connection Event

Come hang out with and meet other commuter and PSEO students for a fun activity, a panel of current PSEO and commuter students, and an opportunity to get to know campus better.

The Underground—Brushaber Commons (BC) Level 2

5-7 p.m.

Dinner: Have dinner with new friends before attending the Show together.

The Show: This fun production by Welcome Week staff will help you learn what makes Bethel unique!

Benson Great Hall—Community Life Center (CLC) Level 1

9-11 p.m.

BSG After Party: Don't let the fun end after The Show! Come by the after party for games, karaoke, trivia, and so much more at this annual event hosted by the members of (BSG) Bethel Student Government!

7:30-9 p.m.

Koinonia Service: A Greek word meaning "fellowship," Koinonia is a service that brings the entire Bethel community together. As a body, we will worship and hear testimonies from Bethel community members.
