The Wellness Center (WLC) features a cutting-edge studio space designed to host a variety of fitness classes that offer something for everyone, whether you’re just beginning or looking for advanced workouts.

Fitness Classes
Our fitness studio provides many opportunities to participate in classes with professional or student instructors, including:
- Yoga—Les Mills Body Flow, Yoga Sculpt, and more
- Zumba,
- Pilates
- High-intensity interval training (HIIT),
- Bootcamp
Virtual Classes
Additionally, we offer Les Mills virtual classes, where virtual instructors are projected onto the studio screen, including:
- BodyPump (HIIT weights)
- GRIT (HIIT cardio)
- BodyFlow (yoga)
- CxWorx (core workout)
