Here are a few video policies to help you decide if you can use a video on your website.
Copyrights
Videos shouldn't use copyrighted music. We'll only put videos on our site if we have permissions for the music.
Professional Quality
Most of the videos on our site are professionally produced through our office. However, we consider using externally produced videos if they meet professional quality standards. If you're interested in the kind of videos we've produced in the past you can check out our Vimeo channel.
Video Age
Unfortunately, videos go out-of-date very quickly. Because of this, we won't use videos over 5 years old.
Video Length
A good guideline for video length is 3 minutes. Remember, the longer your video is, the less likely your audience is to watch the whole thing. We typically won't use anything longer than 5 minutes on our website.
