The registrar's office walk-up service is available on both campuses.

Anderson Center

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Location: 2 Pine Tree Drive, Suite 330

3900 Campus

  • Hours: Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. during the fall and spring semesters
    • Walk-up hours may be extended during registration weeks.

Transcripts and student records

Bethel utilizes Parchment to process transcript and diploma orders. If you would like to order a transcript or a replacement diploma, you will create a Parchment Account to place your order.

Transfer credits

Undergrad students have opportunities to transfer credit you’ve earned through exams or from other universities. 

Students in all other schools should talk with their enrollment advisor or recruiter about the possibility of transferring credits.

Grades

You can find out more about your grades and their effect on your records, or what to do if you have questions about your grades. You can access and print out your grades anytime through MyBethel by accessing your unofficial transcript.

We have instructions for faculty on how to enter or change grades.

Your grades and academic status are your personal records. No one at Bethel is allowed to give your grades to anyone without your written permission.
