Once your degree is awarded and you have no financial holds on your account, your diploma order will be submitted to Parchment for processing. In addition to receiving a paper diploma in the mail (sent to the address we have on file), you will also have access to an electronic digital diploma. It’s fast, free, and shareable. You will receive an email notification from Parchment with instructions for electronically claiming your diploma.
What You Can Do? Follow these simple steps:
- Check your Bethel email for your award notification.
- Keep your Bethel email active until your receive the email with the link to your digital diploma.
- Make sure Bethel has your current mailing address. If you need to update your address, please complete the change of data form.
- Make sure all holds are cleared. If you have any holds on your account, the processing of your diploma may be delayed.
- Set up your Parchment digital credentials account.
- Digital diplomas serve as an Alternative to the Apostille
- Many countries recognize digital diplomas. Parchment Award diplomas are supporting the needs of international credentials.
If you do not receive an email from Parchment within a month of receiving notification from Bethel that your degree has been awarded, please contact the appropriate registrar's office so we can look into what might be holding up the process.
If you have questions about the digital diploma once you have received it? Email congratulations@parchment.com
