We know visiting campus is the best way to see if Bethel is the right fit for you, but we realize traveling can get expensive.
That’s why we’ll reimburse up to $400 of air, train, or bus fare for admitted students—and provide transportation between campus and the airport/station.
How to Get Your BU Travel Bucks
Schedule your Bethel visit.
Travel assistance is available to high school seniors and transfer students who have been accepted to Bethel. Your travel must be pre-approved by Bethel’s Office of Admissions. Please do not purchase tickets until your visit has been approved.
Register online for a Royal Retreat. When you register, tell us in the comments section that you’re interested in the BU Bucks Travel Program.
If the event dates don’t fit your schedule, register for an individual visit, with an overnight stay, and tell us in the comments section that you’re interested in the BU Bucks Travel Program.
Wait for confirmation before buying tickets.
Our team will contact you to coordinate details and to approve your travel request. Once you've received confirmation, you can purchase your plane, bus, or train tickets.
Get up to $400 reimbursed.
When you’re on campus for your visit, please bring a copy of your travel receipt. A reimbursement check, up to $400, will be mailed to you after your visit.
Reimbursement is available for students only. Parents are encouraged to join the visit, although no reimbursement is provided. For lodging, several area hotels offer discounted rates.
