BUILD Dates & Deadlines 2025-2026

December 2024

• Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) available for 2025-26.

July 1, 2025

• We recommend all families submit verification materials by July 1, prior to starting the fall term.
• We recommend all families submit the BUILD resources form by July 1.
• FAFSA must be submitted by this date to qualify for the Minnesota ID Grant (Minnesota residents only).

August 25, 2025

• Bill due for fall semester. 
• Enrollment Checklist due.

August 27, 2025

• Fall classes begin.

September 11, 2025

• The Financial Aid Office begins adjusting aid for students who do not meet eligibility requirements (e.g., enrolled less than full time, and Minnesota State Grant adjustments).

December 12, 2025

• Last day to submit a special circumstances appeal form for fall 2025.

January 25, 2026

• Bill due for spring 2026 semester.

February 16, 2026

• Bethel begins adjusting aid for spring 2026 for students who do not meet eligibility requirements (e.g., enrolled less than full time, and Minnesota State Grant adjustments).

May 22, 2026

• Last day to submit a special circumstances appeal form for spring 2026.

June 30, 2026

• Deadline to complete the 2025-2026 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
