North Village

In North Village, you'll experience apartment-style living in a cluster of halls nestled in a wooded area near Lake Valentine.

North Village is made up of five residence halls—Danielson, Turnwall (not expected to be open '23-24), Wessman, Widen, and Wingblade—that offer one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Third-year and above students live in North Village. Occupancy is up to 345 students, with 55 one-bedroom apartments for two students, 41 two-bedroom apartments for four students, and eight three-bedroom apartments for five students. 

Hall highlights

  • Beautiful setting near Lake Valentine and nestled in the wooded area at the north end of campus
  • Walking trails in the woods and near the lake

  • Close proximity to Bethel's disc golf course, picnic tables, and charcoal grills
  • Seven-minute walk from the main academic building, with a shuttle to transport students to any stop along the route

Room specs

Each apartment has:

  • Living room equipped with couch and coffee table
  • Dining room area with table and chairs
  • Full kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven, and stove
  • Full bathroom
  • Air conditioning

Each bedroom has the following for each student in the room:

  • Bed, extra-long twin
  • Dresser
  • Desk and chair
  • Closet
  • Wireless internet
