Director of Special Education License
The Director of Special Education license is designed to help students prepare to lead schools and districts where all students reach their full potential. You’ll complete the education courses required to meet Minnesota standards to build your knowledge base and refine your skills to educate and care for students with a range of abilities in your district. This program is accredited by the Minnesota Board of School Administrators.
Per the U.S. Department of Education Regulation 34 CFR 668.43 (a) (5) (v), we have determined that our curriculum meets educational requirements for becoming licensed as a teacher in Minnesota. Please refer to the full list of determinations regarding all fifty states as well as the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Northern Mariana Islands for any wishing to become a licensed teacher.
