Requesting and billing

Bethel University Library (MNK)

We prefer to receive requests via Rapido/RapidILL, Alma, or OCLC, but will accept ALA forms submitted by email. We are a free or reciprocal lender. Requests for reciprocal agreements are welcome.

Schedule

Our office is staffed Monday-Friday. We are open all year with typical holiday closings. The office is closed between Christmas and New Year's Day.

Unavailable for Loan

• Reference
• Videos
• CDs (computer software)
• LPs
• Special Collections: archives, curriculum materials, reserves materials

Available for scanning (up to 25 pages)

• Journal articles
• Book chapters

Returnable loans

• All items are shipped at Library Rate
• Loan period is 6 weeks on most items / 3 weeks on media items
• One renewal for four additional weeks if there are no holds on the item
• All lost items are charged a minimum of $65

Non-returnable loans

• Please check our serial holdings in OCLC
• We will send digital copies of articles via Rapido/RapidILL or via OCLC Article Exchange.
