From time to time, you might need to verify your enrollment or degree completion. The National Student Clearinghouse is our authorized provider for these services.
Enrollment Verification for Students
You can use your Bethel Community Account to verify your enrollment through the National Student Clearinghouse. This service is available 24/7 and is free for all Bethel students.
After you log in and follow the instructions, the National Student Clearinghouse will confirm your enrollment immediately and you will be able to print PDF version of your verification.
If you enrolled before January 1, 2014, all of your enrollment may not appear on the National Student Clearinghouse document. If this is the case, please complete a separate Enrollment Verification form.*
What if I have a separate form from my insurance provider?
For most insurance providers, the National Student Clearinghouse enrollment verification is acceptable. We ask that you submit the National Student Clearinghouse verification to see if that meets their needs. If your insurance company does not accept this verification, please fill out the Enrollment Verification form* and attach the form your insurance company provides.
Degree Verification for Third Parties
If a third party needs to verify your degree, please direct them to the National Student Clearinghouse Degree Verify site. It's quick, secure, and follows federal student privacy laws (FERPA).
*If you no longer have access to your Bethel ID, you may print and sign a pdf version of the enrollment verification form and submit it to our office.
