The 300-plus professors of the College of Arts & Sciences are highly credentialed scholars and experienced professionals who are also compassionate women and men of faith. They choose Bethel for the same reason our students do: to pursue truth within a dynamic Christian community.
Our professors are scientists, historians, authors, coaches, philosophers, and scholars who approach every lecture or field experiment from a uniquely Christian perspective. Challenged and encouraged by personal example, Bethel students learn to live out their own faith on a daily basis.
With degrees from top universities, our faculty members are invited to lead professional boards, advise government agencies, and present at international conferences. But because they're first committed to teaching, they often partner with students in their professional work, providing opportunities that are rare at an undergraduate level.
