Parking
Safety & Security
General Information
Anyone operating a vehicle on Bethel University property is responsible for knowing and complying with all University traffic and parking regulations.
Parking is regulated 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Finding a legal parking space is your responsibility and lack of convenient parking is not considered a valid excuse for violation of parking regulations.
Drivers are responsible to drive safely, yield to pedestrians, and follow the posted speed limit.
A vehicle is considered parked if it is left unattended for any length of time. This includes circumstances where the vehicle is left running and/or has the hazard lights on.
Bethel University and the Office of Safety and Security are not liable for any damage to a vehicle caused by, but not limited to, vandalism, theft, hit and run, collision, or acts of God such as wind, hail, or falling objects.
