Employers & Talent Seekers
Internships & Placement
We invite churches and ministry agencies to post openings on our site. Current students, as well as alumni, have access to your listings. We encourage our students to engage in ministry throughout their seminary education. We direct them to our web listings and our online career center to explore ministry, gain experience, fulfill internship requirements, and seek post-seminary employment. Your listing will also be available to a broader audience of interested candidates.
How to post:
There are several ways to post ministry job opportunities at Bethel Seminary:
1. Seminary Internship & Placement Employment web page: Please fill out this Form and we will post the position on our department web page.
2. Handshake: Our students and alumni are located throughout the U.S. and beyond. Handshake is a login-only online career center managed by Bethel's Office of Career Development and Calling.
What openings should you post?
- Full- or part-time employment opportunities
- Volunteer service opportunities for current students
- Internships designed for those currently in seminary
- Residencies (please see our Church Residency Partnership for more information)
Why post at Bethel?
Bethel students and graduates are formed through our curriculum as whole and holy leaders. They understand that they are called to embody God’s presence in the world through careful thought, transformational leadership, and healthy relationships. They are equipped to make an impact in the communities they serve.
