Benefits-eligible employees are eligible to receive health insurance coverage beginning the first day of employment. The cost of the coverage is shared by both Bethel and the employee. Employees have the option to choose whether premiums come out of their paycheck pre-tax or post-tax.

- Vision Discount Program—HealthPartners offers Bethel employees enrolled in the health plan access to a discount program through EyeMed to help with the cost of eyewear.

Bethel University is proud to offer TCO, offered through Healia, a unique health benefit that covers up to $6,000 of your healthcare costs when you enroll in your spouse’s health insurance plan. To sign up for an account, you just need the ID number on your insurance card.
