If we truly want people to flourish at Bethel, we recognize it is vital to provide opportunities for connection, recognition, and investment in one’s well-being.

Here is an overview of the ways Bethel is intentionally investing in these areas:

Connection

Fall

  • All-employee Fall Kickoff—August
  • Bethel celebrations—October

Winter

  • Christmas Open House and decorating contest—December

    This event is an employee-led event in which departments can sign up to particpate as a stop in the open house and/or as part of the office decorating contest.

    All employees will be given the oppportunity walk around and visit each participating office and will vote in three department size categories on who decorated their office best. The winning departments will receive a set dollar amount towards food for their department to celebrate their win.

    Since this is an employee-led event departments may not use their budgets to pay for food or decorations. Enjoy this festive event!

  • Royal Recognition Awards Night—April

Summer

  • New cornhole tournament—July
